Dumisane Mbonambi is one of ZBRRA’s  AIP project workers.  He has been involved in nursery and environmental work over the past year with me and Wiseman

His particular interest in birds, has been rewarded recently when he was selected to attend an intensive Bird Life course.   He has excelled in his studies and is competent now to take groups or individuals on bird tours in close proximity to Zinkwazi, where he is familiar with our particular birds and trees.

Most of his outings start at the Conservancy Nursery at the end of Glen drive where he meets his guests.  The route most popular follows the coastal forest from Zinkwazi to Iti bay approximately 3 km south of the village, passing through interesting coastal forest.  The cost of a 3 hour guided outing is R200 for up to 3 people and thereafter an additional R50 per person.
